Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated fresher with a Master's in Health Administration to join us as a Healthcare Success Analyst. The role involves working closely with hospitals to ensure they realize measurable value from our healthcare software by tracking key metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and guiding hospital teams on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor hospital KPIs through the software.

Identify usage gaps and recommend steps for better software utilization

Support hospitals in achieving operational improvements using software insights

Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and suggest product improvements

Act as a trusted advisor to hospital stakeholders, focused on delivering outcomes

Understanding of hospital workflows and performance metrics

Strong communication and analytical skills

Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude

Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.49 - ₹30,000.36 per month
