Qualifications & Skills

Strong knowledge of Agile-Scrum and SAFe frameworks. Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence). Familiarity with CI/CD and DevSecOps principles. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Experience Requirements

6 + years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Hands-on experience implementing SAFe in large-scale programs. Background in healthcare product development is a plus.
Mandatory Skills: Business Analysis Healthcare .
