Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving patient acquisition, building corporate/doctor referrals, and strengthening hospital/clinic visibility in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporates, consultants, and referral partners to drive patient inflow.
Achieve business targets by developing new channels and maintaining existing ones.
Plan and execute community outreach programs, medical camps, and tie-ups with corporates and institutions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to management for growth strategies.
Coordinate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless patient engagement.
Prepare periodic reports on business performance and pipeline.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare business development (Multispeciality or Eye Care preferred).
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
