Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within a designated geographical area. This includes developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and overseeing the performance of the sales team. The role also involves coordinating with marketing teams, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to enhance product offerings. Qualifications Proven experience in Pharma, Healthcare & Medical devices.
Should be comfortable for Travelling.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Location: Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Calicut, Madurai, Jammu
Salary - 40-45K CTC + Incentives + Travel Allowance
