Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hospital/clinic HR teams to understand manpower requirements.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), LinkedIn, referrals, and local medical networks.
Screen applicants for relevant qualifications, certifications, and clinical experience.
Manage interview coordination, feedback collection, and candidate engagement.
Handle offer negotiations and ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with medical colleges, training institutes, and professional networks.
Maintain an updated pipeline of healthcare professionals for critical roles.
Track recruitment metrics and submit regular hiring reports to management.
Ensure compliance with medical credential verification and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
Graduate in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or related field.
2-4 years of experience
in recruitment, preferably within healthcare staffing.
Strong knowledge of roles such as doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and paramedical professionals.
Proficiency in sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements within tight deadlines.
