Job Overview

We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitment. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified healthcare professionals for various positions. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software

• Source and identify qualified healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates for further evaluation
• Conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidates\' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and industry organizations
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment
