Job Overview

We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Akshar Staffing. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and selecting qualified healthcare professionals to meet our clients\' staffing needs. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment
• Proven track record of successfully filling healthcare positions
• Sound knowledge of healthcare terminology and industry trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively screen and assess candidates
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms
• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field

• Identify and source qualified healthcare professionals through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific healthcare positions
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings
• Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the hiring process
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in healthcare recruitment
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
