Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, offer letters, and pre-employment checks.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Attend job fairs, career events, and networking functions to attract top talent.
