Job Description

We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter with strong exposure to healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in hiring for hospitals or healthcare organizations.Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Admin staff). Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with departments. Maintain a candidate pipeline for urgent and critical positions. Manage selection, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
Requirements:

2- 5 years of proven experience in healthcare recruitment. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle volume hiring and meet timelines. Experience with Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn preferred.
