Roles and Responsibilities
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the organization's needs and develop a specific hiring strategy
Develop and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other potential recruitment channels
Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings of potential candidates
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
Act as a liaison between the candidates, hiring managers, and human resources staff
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate the offer process
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Attend job fairs and industry conferences to network with potential candidates
Maintain records of all candidates and hires, and report on recruitment campaign success and areas for improvement
Stay informed about trends and innovations in healthcare recruitment and retention strategies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
