Source and recruit PMHNP clinicians across California Conduct initial screening calls Validate licensure, experience, and telehealth readiness Clearly communicate 1099 contractor terms Coordinate interviews and hiring workflow Maintain accurate candidate tracking

Requirements:

3+ years healthcare recruiting experience Prior PMHNP / NP / Behavioral Health hiring Understanding of 1099 clinical models Strong communication & screening skills Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines
