About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals for various roles across the United States. This role demands excellent communication skills, understanding of the US healthcare staffing process, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for US healthcare positions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
Work closely with account managers to understand client requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and placement.
Ensure compliance with all client and facility requirements.
Provide candidates with guidance throughout the documentation and onboarding process.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in any field (HR or related preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment.
Strong knowledge of US healthcare staffing and compliance processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using job portals, ATS, and sourcing tools.
Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
