Role & Responsibilities:
- Will be working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians etc (Healthcare Nursing)
- Recruit Nurses (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse,Licensed vocational nurse, Certified nursing assistant, Case Manager)
- Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,)
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle forHealthcare clients in the US.
- Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on variousskills set as per the job specifications.
- Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of theclient and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
- Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Responsible in mentoring team too in accordance with individual recruitment.
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for DirectClients in the US.
- Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualifiedcandidates through various job portals and networking websites.
- Responsible for handling different types of healthcare requirements
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
- Working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements on a day today basis.
Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites
