Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for doctors, nurses, embryologists, paramedical staff, counselors, and administrative roles.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
.
Conduct preliminary screening and coordinate interviews with concerned departments.
Negotiate offers and manage onboarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure
timely closure of positions
.
Support HR in employee engagement and retention activities when required.
Skills & Competencies Required:
2-3 years of recruitment experience
in healthcare/IVF/hospital setup (mandatory).
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Knowledge of HR operations will be an added advantage.
