Main Responsibilities: Minimum experience of 2 years in US Heathcare Recruitment. Should have worked for hiring REGISTERED NURSES and DOCTORS. Experience in the entire US Recruitment lifecycle with sourcing, screening, selection, salary/ rate negotiation. Negotiating & finalizing rates on per hour basis for W2, Corp-Corp candidates. Sourcing candidates from different portals (Monster, Dice, Career Builder, etc.). databases, networking, references etc. Oversee management of requisition activity and candidate status within the applicant tracking system. Conducting telephonic interviews and doing reference and background checks. Administering appropriate company assessments Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and following up on the interview process status Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved. Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process. Staying current on the company\'s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Completing timely reports on employment activity.
