What You'll Do

Source, engage, and screen qualified nurses and healthcare professionals interested in overseas opportunities (primarily Germany). Manage the end-to-end recruitment process--from initial outreach to final offer acceptance. Build and maintain talent pipelines using job boards, nursing associations, LinkedIn, referrals, and community groups. Educate candidates on relocation, licensing, and compliance requirements. Partner with internal operations and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Track and report recruitment metrics (pipeline, conversions, candidate satisfaction). Act as a brand ambassador for Taldo.ai, promoting trust and transparency with healthcare talent.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

2-5 years in healthcare recruitment, staffing, or international hiring.

Skills:

Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship management.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with nursing qualifications, licensing, and overseas placement processes (EU/Germany is a plus).

Mindset:

Empathetic, target-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment.

Tools:

Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
