Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist

for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and databases to attract top talent. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure smooth hiring processes. Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Ensure compliance with healthcare recruitment standards and requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

healthcare recruitment

, preferably focused on nursing profiles. Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of niche platforms. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
