KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Being a part of Healthcare Recruitment team, the primary responsibility would be to identify and recruit Nurses/Doctors/Healthcare professional.
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates against job descriptions
Responsible for pre-screening, competency-based selection, interviewing, tracking and overall candidate management for specific recruitment assignments
Responsible for candidate communication throughout all assignments
Candidate research, database mining and networking calls
Talent Mapping and Headhunting on Niche requirements on regular basis
Meet and exceed revenue targets
Follow up with the candidates till joining and post joining
Organizing and handling recruitment drives and webinars
What You Need to Have
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in nursing/ healthcare recruitment
Qualification: GNM, Bsc. - Nursing(Preferred)/ Any Bachelors
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS office tools
Willingness to travel for recruitment drives

Pay: ₹21,535.49 - ₹35,000.00 per month
