Role Overview
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) based in India who is interested in transitioning into a recruitment role. In this role, you will focus exclusively on hiring U.S.-based, school-focused Speech-Language Pathologists for placements across American schools. Your clinical background will help build credibility and rapport with candidates, while our U.S. team will support you with training and recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit U.S.-based SLPs for school placements.

• Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and suitability for school environments.

• Maintain and expand a pipeline of school-based SLP candidates across the U.S.

• Collaborate with the U.S. recruitment team to meet school staffing targets.

• Act as a subject-matter expert when communicating with U.S. candidates, leveraging your SLP background.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (recognized in India).

• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (school or pediatric experience a plus).

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.

• Interest in transitioning into recruitment and non-clinical roles.

• Ability to work overlapping hours with U.S. time zones.

• Recruitment or mentorship experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
