Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Healthcare Recruiter. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals to fill various positions with clients in the healthcare industry. They will develop and maintain a network of healthcare professionals, connect with potential candidates, and conduct interviews to determine job fit. Qualifications Experience in healthcare recruiting or a similar field Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its various roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to source and screen candidates efficiently Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools Experience with social media recruiting platforms and job boards A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion in the hiring process
