Role Overview
We are looking for two experienced Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or staffing recruitment and a passion for connecting the right talent with care providers.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals and carers
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to placement)
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes
Develop relationships with healthcare clients and understand their staffing needs
Maintain accurate candidate and client records
Meet recruitment targets and timelines
Required Experience & Skills
1-4 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare recruitment preferred)
Strong understanding of healthcare roles (nurses, carers, support workers, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
