Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare positions (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, etc.) Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media platforms Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements Coordinate with clients to understand position requirements, timelines, and updates Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment cycle Support documentation and verification processes for overseas healthcare placements Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate data Meet individual and team hiring targets within defined timelines

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or overseas hiring consultancy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously Prior experience in coordinating with international clients (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
