What You'll Do

Recruit, screen and engage healthcare professionals for various U.S.-based roles including but not limited to:

Physicians

(Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry etc.)

Psychiatrists and Psychologists

Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs)

Allied Health Professionals

(Therapists, Technicians, Medical Assistants, Pharmacists etc.)

Behavioral Health Specialists, Counselors and Social Workers

Medical Clerks, Front Office and Administrative Healthcare Staff

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding Use multiple sourcing platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases Build and maintain pipelines for high-demand roles across different U.S. states Work closely with Account Managers and Team Leads to meet client hiring needs and submission targets Stay updated on U.S. healthcare regulations, credentialing processes and licensing requirements Provide a strong candidate experience through timely updates and clear communication

What We're Looking For

Experience:

1-7 years of hands-on U.S. Healthcare Recruitment (Associate to Team Lead level) Proven success recruiting for a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles such as Physicians, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners, RNs, LPNs, Therapists, Medical Assistants and Allied Health professionals Familiarity with healthcare staffing models such as W2, 1099, C2C, PRN, Travel and Locum Tenens Strong communication and negotiation skills across diverse candidate pools and U.S. time zones Proficiency with ATS tools, sourcing databases and Boolean search techniques Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. time zone)
