Key Responsibilities:
Source healthcare candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen and qualify candidates based on client requirements.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical healthcare roles.
Ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements during the hiring process.
Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to meet client needs.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in
healthcare recruiting
(Doctors; nurses)
Hands-on experience with VMS/MSP portals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong sourcing and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven, high-pressure environment
