What Youll Do

• Source, engage, and place top-tier healthcare professionals into U.S. care settings.
• Build deep understanding of client needs, culture, and expectations.
• Proactively headhunt, screen, shortlist, and match candidates for niche healthcare roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job ads, interviews, assessments and offer support.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, communication and reporting.
• Work independently, manage your pipeline and consistently exceed placement targets.

What Youll Bring

• 35+ years of proven recruitment experience (healthcare or U.S. staffing preferred).
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Tech-savvy, organized and detail-driven.
• Confident working remotely self-starter mentality.
• Ability to thrive while working U.S. hours (night shift).
