As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and selecting qualified healthcare professionals for our clients in the global market, including staffing agencies and executive search companies.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in healthcare recruitment to identify and attract top-tier healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present candidates to clients for review.
- Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals and industry contacts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market demands to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare recruitment is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
- Ability to adapt to UK Shift timings.
- A strong track record of successfully placing healthcare professionals in various roles.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
