Healthcare Radiology Data Enrollment Executive

to accurately enter, validate, and manage radiology-related healthcare data for

US healthcare clients

. This is a

non-voice BPO role

requiring high accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter radiology data including patient demographics, exam details, physician information, reports, and billing data Validate and cross-check healthcare and radiology records for accuracy and completeness Process imaging orders and associated documentation Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations Identify and correct data discrepancies Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks as per SLAs Follow SOPs and client-specific guidelines Coordinate with internal quality teams through non-voice communication Maintain documentation and audit trails

Experience & Qualifications

Experience:

0 to 1 year (Freshers welcome) Graduate or undergraduate degree (any discipline; healthcare background preferred) Basic knowledge of healthcare and radiology terminology (X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, etc.) Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding is an advantage Strong data entry skills with high accuracy Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications Good written communication skills
