We are seeking a proactive and empathetic

Healthcare Partnerships Executive

to serve as the primary bridge between hospitals, patients, and our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening partnerships with hospital teams, promoting our healthcare and ambulance services, and ensuring exceptional service coordination. You'll play a vital part in building long-term relationships that enhance patient care delivery and operational efficiency within healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building:

Develop and nurture strong working relationships with hospitals, emergency departments, and medical staff to ensure smooth coordination of services.

Patient Engagement:

Interact with patients and families to educate them about available healthcare and emergency support services, ensuring timely assistance.

Sales & Promotion:

Identify opportunities to promote the organization's medical and ambulance services within partner hospitals and achieve assigned sales targets.

Operational Coordination:

Collaborate with hospital administrators, nursing teams, and ambulance units to streamline communication and service execution.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of interactions, service requests, and client feedback in the CRM system to support ongoing quality improvement.

Reporting & Insights:

Prepare regular performance and activity reports, providing insights for process optimization and client engagement strategies.

Market Awareness:

Stay updated on healthcare trends, hospital needs, and competitive offerings to strengthen relationship strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred: healthcare, management, or life sciences).

Experience:

1-4 years of experience in hospital liaisoning, business development, or healthcare relationship management.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
Proven ability to manage hospital relationships and navigate healthcare environments.
Persuasive and target-driven, with solid negotiation and presentation abilities.
Highly organized with excellent documentation and reporting capabilities.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, on-ground operational roles.
