The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting enquiries into customers/patients, maintaining relationships, and achieving sales targets while following company policies and ethical standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads
Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries
Explain services/products clearly to customers
Convert leads into confirmed sales
Follow up with potential customers regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain customer and lead records
Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
Build and maintain customer relationships
Support marketing and promotional activities
Follow company policies and ethical practices
Qualification
Any Degree
MBA (Sales/Marketing) - preferred
Experience
2-5 years
Skills Required
Good communication and negotiation skills
Convincing and follow-up skills
Customer handling ability
Basic computer knowledge
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
