Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to OPD enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and patient coordination
Manage front desk operations including patient entry, registration, and basic guidance within the center
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and remind patients of OPD consultations and procedures
Explain basic treatment processes, doctor availability, and service details to patients and attendants
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments to ensure smooth OPD flow
Maintain accurate patient records, call logs, appointment data, and daily reports in the system
Follow up with patients for missed appointments, pending visits, and consultation feedback
Handle walk-in patient queries professionally and ensure a positive patient experience
Collect and verify patient documents, forms, and basic billing-related information
Ensure proper queue management and reduce patient waiting time at the OPD
Adhere strictly to healthcare protocols, patient confidentiality, and data privacy norms
Support FCC activities including patient counselling coordination and internal follow-ups
Escalate critical patient concerns, complaints, or urgent cases to the concerned authority immediately
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professional conduct at the front desk area
Achieve daily calling and appointment confirmation targets as assigned by management
