Job Title: Healthcare Ecosystem Strategist About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Healthcare Ecosystem Strategist to lead the strategic planning, research, and business development of healthcare-related startups within Talrop's ecosystem. The candidate will play a key role in shaping Talrop's healthcare vision, building partnerships, and driving innovation across healthcare ventures. This role requires a combination of medical expertise, leadership ability, and strategic thinking to design and implement sustainable healthcare initiatives and business models. Key Responsibilities: Research and analyze current trends, innovations, and opportunities in the healthcare sector. Develop and implement strategies to grow Talrop's healthcare ecosystem and startups. Represent healthcare startups to clients, partners, and investors, ensuring strategic alignment with Talrop's vision. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to translate healthcare insights into actionable business strategies. Identify areas for innovation in healthcare delivery, digital health, and medical technology. Lead presentations, strategy sessions, and client discussions related to healthcare projects. Monitor performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement in healthcare operations. Required Skills: Excellent presentation, leadership, and strategic communication skills. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical processes, and medical research methodologies. Ability to connect medical expertise with business development and innovation. Proficiency in data-driven analysis, market research, and strategy formulation. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for cross-functional project execution. Qualifications: MBBS degree is mandatory; additional management or healthcare administration qualifications are an advantage.
