Position: US Healthcare Documentation Trainee

Location: On-site (Work from home available after 1 year of in-house employment)

Training Duration: 3 months (with stipend)

Probation Period: 3 months

Commitment: Minimum 1 year post-training and probation

About the Role:

We are currently seeking candidates who are passionate about building a career in US Healthcare Documentation

(only Day Shift 9-6:30)

. As our current in-house team is composed of female professionals, we encourage applicants who are comfortable working in a female-led environment. This opportunity includes a structured 3-month training program followed by a 3-month probationary period, with a long-term vision for career growth and professional development in a technologically evolving healthcare documentation environment.

A minimum typing speed of 30-40 words per minute (WPM)

and strong computer keyboard skills are required for this role.

Essential Requirements:

Strong
