Job Summary
The team is looking to expand techno-functional position for the US health care market. This is an opportunity for full-time role in the growing healthcare analytics team based in Gurgaon, India.
Primary Responsibilities
As an analyst, this professional will be part of our team to assist in data analytics based on US payer, provider and pharmacy data. The day to-day activities would be:

• Perform checks on data for reasonability.
• Data management including collecting, organizing and analyzing large volumes of data to identify patterns and insights.
• Write and run SQL queries on the data to analyze it based on various parameters.
• Summarize data findings and analysis results in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Reports.
• Work independently on assigned tasks, i.e. plan, organize, problem solve and meet established deadlines.

Skills Required

• 0-1 years of experience (candidates passing in 2026 batch are encouraged to apply)
• Graduate of Post Graduate Degree in Pharma / Healthcare / Insurance
• Strong knowledge of SQL is a prerequisite
• Statistics knowledge and an intuition for data
• Strong MS-office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with US health insurance market
• Read and understand US based health insurance plan benefits

This position may also perform other related or unrelated duties as assigned by your supervisors, or as may be required to meet project team goals and objectives.
