Description
The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing a team of at least 100+ members, focusing on Quality Management, Product Management, and Process Management. Key duties include driving productivity, quality, and performance improvements while ensuring adherence to SLAs, TAT, and key metrics such as shrinkage, attrition, and absenteeism. The role requires allocating tasks, mentoring team members, and monitoring their performance to meet quality standards. The Team Lead will also oversee the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and must possess excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
