US Shift - Between 5:30 PM to 10:30 AM (Any 9 hours working)

Salary:

?30,000 - ?41,000 (in-hand, based on experience & skills)

A leading international BPO is hiring experienced professionals for its UHG Healthcare Customer Service process. The role involves assisting US-based customers, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate and timely support while maintaining a high standard of service quality.

Requirements:



Minimum

1 year of international BPO experience

(Customer Service process) Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) HSC or Graduate from any stream Ability to work in rotational night shifts within the US shift window All educational and previous employment documents are

mandatory
