Coordinate patient cases remotely from India, ensuring smooth communication between patients, hospitals, and insurance/TPA partners.
Support clients through the treatment life cycle -- from initial inquiry to discharge.
Handle documentation, medical report collection, and case management with accuracy.
Liaise with hospitals/doctors in India and abroad for treatment plans and cost estimates.
Provide customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
Assist in insurance and reimbursement-related processes.
Requirements:
Graduate in healthcare/medical/nursing/allied fields (preferred).
2-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, insurance/TPA, or medical tourism.
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi (both mandatory)

Proficient in MS Office, email handling, and online coordination tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases .
