Job Purpose

The Couple Coordinator will be responsible for

end-to-end coordination of couples undergoing fertility and pregnancy treatments

.

Education Qualification Mandatory:

Life Sciences / Biotechnology

Psychology

Medical Social Work

Healthcare / Hospital Management

Preferred:

BHMS,BNYS,BAMS,MSC ,MSW Master's Degree in: Healthcare / Hospital Management Psychology / Medical Social Work Certification or training in

IVF / Fertility Counseling

(added advantage)
Experience

1-3 years

experience in: IVF / Fertility clinics Hospitals or healthcare centers Patient coordination or counseling roles

Freshers

with relevant education and strong communication skills may also be considered
Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and patient-handling abilities High level of empathy, sensitivity, and confidentiality Good organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer skills (MS Excel, hospital software) Fluency in

English and local language

is mandatory
