Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Healthcare Business Development Manager (BDM)

with a strong background in

US IT Staffing

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by targeting

Direct Clients, Implementation Partners

, and

Tier-1 Vendors

. The role requires strong client onboarding skills, proven experience in lead generation, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, pursue, and acquire

new clients

for us. Build strategic relationships with

Direct Clients, Implementation Partners

, and

Tier-1 Vendors

. Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and email campaigns. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring rapid

client onboarding

and smooth transitions to the delivery team. Collaborate with the recruiting team to align business development efforts with available talent pools. Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.

Requirements:



Minimum

3-5 years

of proven experience in

business development for US IT Staffing

. Strong network and knowledge of

Direct Clients, Implementation Partners, and Tier-1 Vendors

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and client handling skills

. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Experience with various sourcing tools, ATS/CRM systems, and MS Office Suite. Must be comfortable working

night shifts

to align with US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. Existing client contacts or proven track record of

fast client onboarding

. Ability to start immediately or within short notice is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
