Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations & Team Leadership
Manage end-to-end branch operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve operational and sales targets.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to policies and SOPs.
Healthcare Sales & Business Development
Drive branch-level sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, labs, and healthcare partners.
Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective healthcare clients to generate new business.
Identify growth opportunities within the local healthcare market.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Oversee inventory planning, stock availability, and timely replenishment.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply of healthcare products.
Conduct regular stock audits and prevent shortages, expiries, or discrepancies.
Customer & Client Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service and issue resolution.
Address client concerns professionally and strengthen long-term healthcare partnerships.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit sales, inventory, and operational performance reports.
Maintain accurate documentation related to branch operations, clients, and compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile
3-4 years of experience in branch management, sales, or operations within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare sales channels, inventory handling, and branch operations.
Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Fluent in English; regional language proficiency is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
Target-oriented, professional, and confident in approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare distribution, medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sales is a strong advantage.
