The role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, and medical professionals to create state-of-the-art healthcare spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualization & Design:
Develop hospital, clinic, and healthcare facility designs ensuring optimal patient flow, space efficiency, and functionality.
Project Planning:
Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all designs meet healthcare standards (e.g., NABH, JCI, local building codes).
Technical Drawings & Documentation:
Prepare architectural drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, structural engineers, and contractors.
Site Supervision:
Conduct site visits to oversee execution and ensure adherence to design.
Material Selection:
Recommend appropriate materials considering hygiene, durability, and sustainability.
Client Interaction:
Present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
Experience:
3-7 years in healthcare architecture, hospital planning, or medical infrastructure projects.
Software Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools.
Knowledge:
Understanding of healthcare building codes, hospital design principles, and infection control requirements.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
