Job Description

The Health Care Analytics Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, workshops, and practical projects in healthcare data analysis, reporting, and visualization. The trainer should have a strong understanding of healthcare systems, data management, and analytical tools to help learners interpret healthcare data for better clinical and operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on healthcare analytics concepts, tools, and applications. Teach learners to use analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python/R, and healthcare-specific databases. Explain key healthcare terminologies, datasets, and KPIs (clinical, operational, and financial). Develop and deliver curriculum, assignments, and real-time case studies. Train students or professionals to perform data cleaning, visualization, and predictive modeling using healthcare datasets. Stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare analytics, EHR systems, HL7/FHIR standards, and data governance. Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for skill improvement. Collaborate with the curriculum and technical team to enhance course content and delivery methods. Skills & Competencies Required: Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, EHR/EMR data, and healthcare KPIs. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Python or R for data analysis. Good understanding of data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical learners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Data Analytics, Public Health, Biostatistics, or related fields. Certification in Data Analytics, Power BI, or Healthcare Informatics will be an added advantage. Experience Required: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, data analysis, or healthcare informatics. Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching is preferred. Preferred Tools & Platforms: Power BI / Tableau SQL / MySQL Python / R Excel (Advanced) Healthcare Databases (EHR, Claims, HL7/FHIR)
