Experience in hospital or healthcare setup preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day hospital administrative operations
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support staff
Handle patient coordination and front-office operations
Maintain hospital records, files, and documentation
Oversee housekeeping, security, and maintenance services
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Coordinate vendor management and purchase requirements
Support HR in staff attendance, duty roster, and records
Handle patient complaints and ensure service quality
Assist management in operational planning and reporting
Skills Required
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of hospital operations and workflows
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Hospital Software)
