Role Overview:

You play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of US home health services by managing clinician schedules and maintaining service excellence. This role is central to aligning US clinical operations with client expectations, prioritizing patient needs, and fostering operational efficiency across scheduling functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate clinician schedules to ensure all patient visits are assigned and confirmed as per priority. Proactively manage high-priority and time-sensitive cases with appropriate urgency. Address and resolve scheduling or service-related escalations professionally and quickly. Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth delivery and continuous improvement. Provide clients and senior management with regular service reports and performance updates. Identify and communicate cross-sell or upsell opportunities to the sales team where applicable.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 4 to 8 years of international client handling experience, preferably in home health coordination. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Good computer literacy and experience with spreadsheets. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle multiple accounts efficiently. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Proven record of achieving performance targets and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
