Job Summary

The Executive EHS provides EHS support for Facilities Team. The Executive EHS also professionally interacts with management within and outside of the company; comfortably communicates with customers, vendors and visitors; and flawlessly handles confidential and critical details.

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate the effectiveness of Clients EHS programs and procedures based on field operations, implementation of EHS programs and procedures and contractor/ vendor compliance of same; Plan, schedule and conduct EHS internal audits, inspections, and investigations of violations as require and make recommendations based on audit findings; External audit preparatory and post audit activities. Conduct training for field employees, and contractors regarding applicable EHS programs and procedures as directed; Maintain knowledge of new EHS regulations and standards as they are introduced and/or change within the industry. Provide Emergency Response services and support to all the facilities as required. Review EHS Incident Investigations and assure corrective actions are taken by management which minimize or prevent similar future incidents; Act as a liaison between client management, field personnel, and contractors to enhance EHS compliance initiatives. Implement EHS initiatives across all new facilities. Manage and report all projects geared towards EHS compliance and maintain all applicable records. Up keeping and managing of Wellness center. Wellness center and other vendor manager Plan, conduct and manage health camps/ sessions. Review of OHS performance indicators.

Key Performance Measures

Handling & ensuring ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification Monitoring and managing Wellness centre Compilation and maintenance of data related to Environmental, Occupational Heath and Safety management audits. Employees Satisfaction on EHS initiatives implemented. Audits conducted as per the agreed frequency. EHS awareness initiatives across facilities.

Required Experience

Proven experience managing EHS Operations, coordination and logistics for high-level resource is required.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years work experience in EHS Specialization
