What will you do

Tasks and Responsibilities

Checking Work Safety Building EHS document Ensuring adherence to EHS process for work done by contractor Report and presentation/ (Develop and implement comprehensive HSE plans aligned with national and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, OSHA). Expedite resolution of safety incidents and non-compliance issues across all project phases. Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis for steel plant operations, heavy machinery, and construction zones. Ensure optimal utilization of safety resources (PPE, monitoring systems, training modules). Lead safety audits, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills. Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to embed safety into engineering and execution. Maintain documentation for statutory compliance and client reporting. Mentor and guide the Associate HSE Expert and site safety officers. Resource usage)

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or Environmental Science.

Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.

For SME: Additional qualifications in Industrial Safety or Environmental Management preferred.

15 years of experience ( SME) / 8 years for associates
