Address worker grievances and ensure a healthy employer-employee relationship.
Organize
health camps, welfare activities, and engagement programs
for site workers.
Maintain records related to welfare measures, attendance, grievances, and statutory registers.
Facilitate
inductions and orientation programs
for new workers.
Ensure proper facilities at sites (drinking water, sanitation, rest area, first-aid, etc.).
Promote mental well-being, stress management, and support programs for workforce.
Mandatory Qualification
MSW (Master of Social Work)
(Candidates without MSW will not be considered)
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in
power sector / electrical utility / construction sites
preferred.
Knowledge of
labor laws, industrial relations, and welfare legislation
.
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with workers, supervisors, and government authorities.
Basic understanding of safety practices (additional safety certifications are a plus).
