Job Title:

HSE Executive



1. HSE Strategy and Policy Development:



o Develop and implement HSE strategies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements

o Create and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines

o Ensure HSE policies are integrated into all aspects of facility management operations



2. Risk Assessment and Management:



o Conduct regular risk assessments across managed facilities

o Identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies

o Implement risk management programs to prevent incidents and injuries



3. Compliance Management:



o Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

o Stay informed about changes in HSE legislation and update policies accordingly

o Conduct internal audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement for Transport vehicles, Kitchen, Cafeteria vendors.



4. Incident Investigation and Reporting:



o Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses

o Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions

o Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate HSE records



5. Training and Education:



o Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels

o Organize safety awareness campaigns and initiatives

o Provide guidance and coaching to facility management teams on HSE best practices

o Support conducting ERT training and Fire mock drills.

o Train support staffs on importance of safety on regular basis.



6. Emergency Preparedness:



o Develop and maintain emergency response plans

o Coordinate regular drills and exercises to test emergency procedures

o Ensure proper emergency equipment is available and maintained



7. Environmental Management:



o Implement environmental management systems to reduce environmental impact

o Oversee waste management and recycling programs

o Promote energy efficiency and sustainable practices across facilities



8. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:



o Establish and track key HSE performance indicators

o Prepare regular HSE performance reports for management and clients

o Analyze trends and recommend improvements based on data insights



9. Contractor Management:



o Develop HSE requirements for contractors and vendors

o Conduct HSE assessments of contractors and monitor their performance

o Ensure contractor compliance with organizational HSE standards



10. Stakeholder Engagement:



o Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and other stakeholders on HSE matters

o Represent the organization in HSE-related forums and industry groups

o Collaborate with other departments to integrate HSE considerations into overall facility management strategies



11. Continuous Improvement:



o Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging HSE technologies

o Benchmark HSE performance against industry standards
