Conduct door-to-door visits, group meetings, and awareness drives
Identify high-need households (elderly, chronic disease, women, children)

B. Health Education
Deliver structured health sessions on:
Hygiene and sanitation
Nutrition
Skin & hair care
Eye health & dental hygiene
Lifestyle diseases (Diabetes, BP)
Use pamphlets, flip charts, and digital videos
C. Screening & Camp Support
Assist in BP, RBS, BMI screening
Help in patient registration at camps
Manage crowd flow and queue systems
Conduct basic triage (under supervision)
D. Referral Support
Refer symptomatic individuals to:
General Physician
Dermatologist
Dentist
Eye Clinic (Optometrist/Ophthalmology)
Track referrals and follow-up for compliance
E. Behavioral Change Communication (BCC)
Identify gaps in local health practices
Encourage early treatment seeking
Reduce stigma around skin diseases, dental care, and mental health
F. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily MIS
Complete household visit forms
Submit weekly and monthly progress reports
3. Skills & Competencies
Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
Empathy and community-friendly behavior
Basic medical knowledge (training provided)
Ability to work outdoors for field visits
Mobile app data entry capability
4. Qualifications
Minimum: 10th / 12th Passed
Preferred: Diploma in Health Worker / ANM / Community Development
Experience: 0-2 years in outreach, NGOs, or clinics
Foundation provides initial + refresher training
