www.geneclinicx.com GenePath\'s online platform for preventive health and wellness is GeneClinicX. Through this platform currently we mainly promote heart health and women\'s health. The GeneClinicX mission is to bring convenience, quality, affordability and personalization to the preventive health/medical screening and diagnostic experience by providing testing and personal counselling. The key aspects that help us achieve the above are home visits (convenience), integrating the latest sensor data (personalization) together with the best clinical interpretation through our expert panel of doctors, dietician-fitness experts and geneticists. As a GeneClinicX Health Programs Coordinator, you will be responsible for the enrolment of new customers in the health programs offered by us at GeneClinicX, explaining the features and workflow of the program and handholding the customers to derive maximum benefit from the program opted. And hence thorough understanding of the various health programs, their technical features and clinical significance will be one of the success matrices. In addition, you will be tasked to create strong relationships with end-users, and also collect user feedback and service data to make improvements in our offerings and services. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Explain various GeneClinicX programs to prospective clients and enrol them into suitable programs 2.Onboard a new client : a. Send welcome emails/ messages. b. Welcome call to new participant for onboarding. c. Educate new customers about mobile applications, filling Health Assessment Survey (HAS), Food diary, help solve general/technical queries, and ensure smooth adoption of our services. 3. Coordinate with and send appointment invitations for coaching sessions to client, counsellor and coaches. 4. Work out a schedule of appointments for each client and update the calendar.. 5. Establish strong relationships with new and existing customers and stakeholders. 6. Follow-up for payments, update payment information in system. Skills & Competencies Computer-savvy, with a working knowledge of logistics tracking software and MS excel is a plus. Must demonstrate great record-keeping skills and customer-oriented approach. Ability to demonstrate consistent and accurate follow-up skills. Ability to work well and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize, handle interruptions, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously, to successfully meet daily goals, required. 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management. Previous experience in diabetes care or health management would be a bonus.
