Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the overall health and wellness plans of the principal/family
Coordinate medical appointments, health check-ups, treatments, and follow-ups in Chennai and Dubai
Liaise with doctors, hospitals, wellness centers, and specialists
Maintain confidential medical records and reports
Ensure medication schedules, dietary plans, and lifestyle recommendations are followed
Travel with or ahead of the principal as required to ensure continuity of care
Handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently
Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations in both locations
Required Qualifications & Skills
Degree/Diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
Proven experience as a Health Manager, Medical Coordinator, or similar role
Strong knowledge of healthcare systems in India and the UAE (preferred)
Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours
Preferred Profile
Prior experience working with HNIs, UHNWIs, or private families
International exposure is an advantage
